The heart candle lamps are adorable but I can't find where it says the dimmensions so I can't speak to the question about them being too short. Even if they are short, you could pair that with colored flower petals and purple and blue stones scattered around the table. You don't want to go tooo high so people can see across the table to talk with one another.
